A day in the life of a Product Area Lead Savings & Life Events (GJA 20) As a senior manager in Tribe Daily Banking & Client first, you will drive commercial, financial, delivery and risk management initiatives on daily banking products and services. More specifically, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Leading a Product Area with 3 sub-domains and 9 squads, managing a wide range of products, services, end-to-end customer & employee journeys, and digital delivery capabilities. Scope of responsibilities include retail savings accounts, term deposits, rental guarantees, business banking and wholesale banking accounts, life events journeys such as successions, seizures, close accounts and release of rental guarantees. - Monitoring, steering, and further growing financial contribution from customer Deposits (i.e. savings, term deposits, current account balances) by closely collaborating with bank-wide stakeholders including pricing, finance, segments, balance sheet risk management. - Steering digital delivery commitments, managing dependencies and resolving impediments to ensure progress towards strategic milestones of the bank and the Tribe. - Ensuring alignment of stakeh...
