About this role Your Team: The Digital Solutions team is responsible for the strategy and execution of many of the firm’s enterprise AI, productivity and collaboration technology solutions including Microsoft 365, Copilot, ChatGPT, Box, Airtable, Miro, NetDocuments, and other SaaS technologies. The team is central to BlackRock’s AI enablement journey, improving the employee digital experience as a result. We collaborate with various cross-functional technical and non-technical teams around the world to deliver secure and scalable technology services. The Digital Solutions team has three verticals: AI & Data Solutions, Productivity Solutions, and Collaboration Solutions, and aligns it to the Digital Workplace AI organization. Your role and impact: As Vice President within AI Solutions, you will sit at the intersection of enterprise technology, AI product innovation, and digital employee experience transformation. You will help lead the firm’s shift toward intent driven work and agent-based execution by translating the Employee Digital Experience (EDE) North Star into AI enabled, scalable, governed digital products.
