Salary: This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate for a level I is $29.22, level II, is $32.43; level III is $36.00 however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Education/Experience: You must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or one that is relatable (for relatable degrees, must have 15 hours of accounting.
