You’ll work across refinery departments to solve complex environmental challenges, support reliable production of transportation fuels, and help ensure we operate responsibly for the communities we serve. What You’ll Do: - Partner with refinery operations, maintenance, and project teams to coordinate and conduct field assessments, ensuring activities follow Phillips 66 health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and meet local, state, and federal requirements. - Develop, implement, and maintain environmental compliance tools, procedures, and controls (such as plans, job aids, spreadsheets, and data systems) to support consistent, reliable performance across air, water, waste, and natural resources programs. - Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data in coordination with contractors and laboratories; prepare calculations, metrics, and trend analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement. - Prepare and review environmental permits, reports, plans, and corresp...
