This critical leadership role will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and driving the execution of performance management, metric development, dashboard creation, and workflow optimization for our Client Service and Middle Office functions. The Control Tower Manager will champion a data-driven culture, leverage advanced analytics to unlock significant business opportunities, and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.
