Marketing Specialist II - Pro Marketing Comfort & Water

Job description

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist II, Pro Marketing – Comfort & Water to assist in development and then execute on marketing programs that drive growth through our HVAC & Plumbing Pros. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning phase and driving the execution of co-marketing initiatives, HVAC/Plumbing Pro communications, enablement tools, and demand generation activities that help HVAC/Plumbing Pros promote and sell our solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC/Plumbing Pro marketing experience, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of indirect sales models. JOB DUTIES: Strategy & Planning: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with company and HVAC/Plumbing Pro objectives. - Work closely with sales teams to identify high-impact marketing opportunities targeting key HVAC and Plumbing Pros. - Support go-to-market plans for new product launches and HVAC/Plumbing Pro onboarding.
