What You’ll Do: - Collaborate closely with the FF&E Leader , interior designers, architects, and clients to develop, specify, and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for a wide range of project types - Support the FF&E Leader in managing standards, resources, and best practices across studios - Develop detailed furniture layouts, specifications, and bid documents in coordination with project teams - Work with vendors to obtain pricing, samples, and lead time information, ensuring selections meet project budgets and schedules - Manage furniture procurement processes, from order placement through installation and punch list completion - Maintain the firm’s furniture library and stay current on product innovations, sustainability initiatives, and ergonomic trends - Assist with presentations and client meetings to communicate furniture solutions clearly and effectively What We’...
