Description Knight’s Companies is seeking a Mixer Truck Driver to join our Hampton team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a ready-mix truck while delivering high-quality concrete products to our customers. This position plays a critical role in representing our company values, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional customer service on every delivery. What You’ll Do: - Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. - Deliver concrete to job sites efficiently and accurately. - Inspect loads to ensure proper mix consistency and quality (slump, texture, color, etc.). - Verify delivery instructions and job site locations before departing the plant. - Maintain communication with plant personnel and dispatch for delivery coordination. - Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service at all times. - Complete required paperwork including delivery tickets, logs, and inspection reports. - Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment. - Maintain truck cleanliness and perform minor maintenance as needed. - Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety standards. -...
