Associate Dean, Student Engagement - Northwest College - 26001HL Description: JOB SUMMARY: Reports directly to the Dean, Student Success. Assists the Dean and college President in coordinating all facets of the college’s Student Engagement and Success. Provides leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive Student Support Services program designed to enhance the student experience at the College. Provides leadership and oversight to College Orientation Programs, Advising, Counseling, Career and Transfer Services, Internship, Job Placement Services and Student Life. Provide strong educational, social, and leadership development oriented co-curricular programs and activities to enhance student learning. Maintains a visible presence on campus and is actively engaged in creating and developing Student Life events. Supports the development and maintenance of student-driven clubs and organizations, and advocates on behalf of student leaders and clubs.
