We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group! With an increased underwriting focus in D&O risk, including primary D&O risk, and increased claim activity, additional staffing is needed to maintain our servicing. Qualifications : Qualified attorney with 8-10 years of experience handling D&O liability claims; Excellent communication, analytic, negotiation and writing skills; adjuster's license preferred; Demonstrates independence, versatility and organization. Responsibilities: Investigate, evaluate and adjust D&O claims and other notifications; drafting correspondence, reports, memoranda and other documents; maintaining bordereau; developing and improving relationships with brokers, clients, trading partners, capacity providers and other market participants; negotiate claim resolutions.
