About the role: - The Arkansas Baptist Ranch, a ministry of the Arkansas Baptist Children and Family Ministries (ABCFM), is a 400-acre working ranch (cattle and horses) near Harrison, Arkansas. The Ranch provides a place of residence for several large sibling group foster families, while also hosting a thriving Christian marriage and retreat ministry and a weekly men’s vocation and discipleship program.
