This position can be based in Atlanta, Charlotte, Indianapolis or South Bend. Must be bilingual English-Spanish. SCOPE OF WORK: The Craft Instructor assesses learning needs, designs and develops curriculum content and plans, and delivers curriculum through the most effective methodologies. All efforts are directed to delivering the best education through research and implementation of effective teaching methods that build and enhance employee skills and competence. The Craft Instructor partners with apprenticeship instructors and staff assigned to assure delivery of craft content meets learner and organizational needs.
