Overview Apex Sales Manager / Canvass Manager $60K Salary + Commissions + Bonuses Expected Income First Year $100K - $160K ! We are growing again! We need Field Marketing / Canvass Manager immediately! Apex is looking for a driven and hands-on Junior Partner Manager / Canvass Manager to lead by example and build a high-performing canvass team. This role is focused on four key pillars: Recruiting, Training, Motivating, and Leading by Example. You will be in the field daily, hiring and developing top talent, and setting the standard by personally producing results. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Lead by example through professionalism, work ethic, and performance. Recruiting: - Identify and onboard qualified canvassers through job ads. - Maintain a steady recruiting pipeline aligned with office and territory growth goals. - Collaborate with recruiting and leadership teams to ensure hiring goals are met. - Utilize GDI, SRU, team referrals, and personal outreach.
