About the Role Joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, you will support 4 people with disability living in shared housing in Kirrawee who enjoy watching planes at the airport, going to Darkes Forest to see horses and swimming! The people you will be supporting require a range of support and so, successful candidates must be experienced and confident in working within a varied environment which may include high behaviours of concern (including high volume swearing), high medical needs, high intensity daily personal activities and heavy hoisting and manual handling. The successful candidate must be able to commit to one of the set permanent part time rosters below: - 54 hours per fortnight - Week 1: Mon 6am - 2:30pm, Tues 1 - 10:30pm, Wed 6 - 9:30am, Thurs 6am - 1pm - Week 2: Mon 6am - 3pm, Tues 1:30 - 6:30pm, Wed & Thurs 6 - 9:30am, Fri 2 - 10:30pm - 59 hours per fortnight - Week 1: Mon 6am - 1pm, Tues 1:30 - 6:30pm, Thurs 6am - 1pm, Fri 2 - 8:30pm - Week 2: Mon 10am - 6:30pm, Tues 6am - 1:30pm, Thurs 2 - 8:30, Sat & Sun 1 - 6:30pm Key Responsibilities: - Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans - Provide assistance with High Intensity daily personal activities...
