Company: Marsh Description: ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT As an Associate Consultant at Darwin Services in Life Delivery team, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to global clients. Collaborating with experienced consultants, you will analyse client needs, design tailored solutions and ensure seamless implementation through the Darwin Delivery Methodology. This role will be based in Cluj. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: · Support project workshops with experienced consultants to understand the clients business and benefit structures, conducting sessions remotely or onsite. · Be responsible for scoping, designing, and documenting requirements in accordance with the Darwin Delivery Method (DDM). · Collaborate with Project Managers in updating plans, risk and issues logs in line with DDM. · Learn how to follow a project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions in accordance with timelines. · Capture and track process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project and help to improve processes and drive efficiency on a client, departmental, and organisational level. · Collabor...
