SMT Operator Level I, II, III Job Responsibilities: - Learn, understand and follow company requirements for employee safety, product quality, efficiency and productivity. - Become aware of potential workplace hazards such as broken or malfunctioning machines and strive to ensure safety of self and others by reporting any hazards immediately. - All operators are responsible to ensure highest product quality and products manufactured per MPI or Instructions for SMT. - Operate SMT machines, which include machine adjustments and ability to perform 1-3 tasks from feeder setup thru SMT machine operation with direct supervision. - Perform feeder and machine accessory maintenance whenever necessary. - Monitor consumables for SMT lines and setup. - Work in conjunction with Stockroom, Engineering, Programming, and Quality to ensure SMT produces assemblies with utmost quality. - Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors regarding all aspects of the job.
