Description and what we have to offer We are looking for a Programme Test Manager to join the Testing community of GBS to: - Manage extensive testing activities/operations - Direct several test leaders and a large number of software testers - Coordinate numerous teams contributing to the testing activities/operations - Ensuring transformation to modern quality engineering practices - Be responsible for formulating project/programme (global) test strategies and test planning & launches/activations Your main tasks: - Define the global testing, launch and activation strategy for the implementation of a programme or a set of projects, ensuring alignment with modern quality engineering practices - Coordinate the execution of the testing activities (spread across a large number of teams) for the implementation of a programme or a set of projects and manage impediments that may occur - Engage with internal stakeholders in various areas of the organisation to seek alignment and collaboration; deal with external stakeholders/vendors - Be responsible for meeting project/programme objectives within quality, time, and budget targets , and for managing associated testing risks - Have a direct a...
