Job Description Responsible for promoting and supporting a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement within the hospital. This role focuses on enhancing patient outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving data-driven initiatives to improve healthcare delivery. Job Responsibility: - Demonstrates expertise in Performance Improvement methodologies used throughout the organization. - Maintains current knowledge of best practices, regulations, and advancements in healthcare quality, patient safety, and risk management. - Participates in the preparation of Performance Improvement reports for care services presentation at committee meetings, and facilitates reporting to Hospital Quality Management for external benchmarking as needed. - Assists in conducting focused studies to measure and assess the stability of patient care processes and the achievement of patient outcomes and organizational goals. - Assists in coordinating investigations of state reportable incidents, complaints, sentinel events, and citations, ensuring thorough data collection for corrective actions. - Participates in special projects related to quality and patient safety issues; assists in developi...
