Your Role You will direct multidisciplinary design teams and specialist consultants on the industry's most influential projects. From world-class stadiums to immersive live entertainment venues, you will oversee the intersection of complex architecture and the electric energy of a live crowd. As a Project Manager (Design Manager) at Gensler, you will be hands-on from day one—fully immersed in every phase of project delivery and serving as the vital link between clients and multidisciplinary teams. You will do more than manage a schedule; you will help set the strategic vision and maintain the momentum necessary to bring complex venues to life.
