Job Description: - Room Status Management : Constantly Check and update room status (E.G. Dirty, clean, inspected) in the computer system. - Dispatch & Coordination : Operate multi-line phones and two-way radios to dispatch housekeeping staff and assign rooms to Guest Room Attendants. - Guest Request handling : Receive, log, and follow up on guest requests (e.g. extra towels, cribs) to ensure completion. - Reporting & Logistics : Run housekeeping reports, prepare room assignment sheets, and handle lost and found items. - Communication : Liaison between housekeeping, front desk, and engineering departments.
