Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience with general OPS group (e.g., operations, programs, and strategy) within engineering and technical program management. - Experience with UX research operations. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Understanding of the UX function at Google and its role in product development.
