Department: Human Resources Reports to: Regional Manager, HR and OSHE Location: Bothwell Status: Full-Time, 1 year contract The pay range for the role is $62,600 to $104,300 plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, retirement savings plan, paid vacation, and other perks and opportunities. Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist provides vital support to the HR department, assisting with a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and delivering excellent service to both employees and management. This role is based at Bothwell Cheese and requires regular travel to Alberta Cheese in Calgary.
