Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operation, safely handling composite lumber products and ensuring materials meet both customer specifications and company quality standards. This position offers hands‑on experience, skill development, and opportunities to grow within a stable manufacturing environment. Schedule: 12‑hour rotating shift (2‑3‑2 schedule) 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM: Alternating weekends: This schedule provides built‑in time off while maintaining consistent full‑time hours. Key Responsibilities: Safely move, stack, and secure lumber products and materials according to instructions Stack finished products based on predetermined bundle sizes and customer requirements Label materials accurately, including product type, size, and quantity Apply individual tags to materials before and after treatment/production Use a staple gun and assist with basic equipment troubleshooting Band, bundle, and secure materials, including attaching corner protectors and loading sticks Verify correct quantities and labeling before materials leave the work area Maintain accurate tag inv...
