Description Lab Tech/WT: The Lab & Wastewater Technician is responsible for supporting laboratory operations and wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and operational standards. This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Demonstrated familiarity with pH/neutralization titrations, including the ability to consistently differentiate subtle color changes and accurately interpret results. - Strong mathematical competency, with the ability to perform calculations related to chemical concentrations, dilutions, and process control. - Working knowledge of common laboratory equipment, including but not limited to pH meters, analytical balances, spectrophotometers, colorimeters, thermometers, burets, and pipets. - Ability to read, interpret, and strictly follow procedural documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and chemical/container labeling requirements. - Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Effective communication skills, with the ability to interac...
