The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills in Romanian language. #LI-GP1 - Legal Advisory Services - Provide sound legal opinion on complex issues related to environmental projects - Contract Management - Compliance, monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations - Bachelor’s degree in legal studies - Proved experience in FIDIC conditions of contract and HG 1/2018 - Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail - Client-focused: Excellent client relationship management and strong negotiation skills - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities - Excellent knowledge of Romanian law in construction field
