The Facilities Technician I is responsible for working as part of a team in order to achieve and maintain a clean, safe, productive, and organized work environment. What you’ll do: - Perform interior and exterior building maintenance - Perform interior and exterior janitorial duties - Anticipate and respond to changing seasonal requirements - Provide supplies, furniture and other maintenance to production, engineering, and other departments - Participate in internal physical moves - Respond to facilities work requests in a timely and professional manner - Store, distribute and recycle paper and other supplies as needed - Assist with special material pick-up and deliveries - Provide support for special events or customer tours - Maintain ESD Floor Compliance via floor cleaning Requirements: What you’ll need: - Basic proficiency in computer systems (MS Widnows and Office) and basic mathematic knowledge - De...
