You’re someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW. You're passionate about public service and ready to lead a team of professionals, share your expertise and guide decision-making to help shape the future of our State. In this role, you'll: Join the newly established Prioritisation and Asset Management (PAM) team in a critical role where you will use your expertise in hydrological and hydraulic management to ensure hydraulic risk is embedded in asset strategies, renewals, and prioritisation plans, supporting safe, reliable, and resilient infrastructure. You will lead condition assessments and failure investigations, analyse root causes, and provide clear, actionable advice to guide asset lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and long-term maintenance. You will also prepare evidence-based business cases and reports, translating complex technical data into strategic recommendations that drive the reliability, resilience, and sustainability of Transport’s road network.
