This is a W2 employee position. It is not a 1099 contractor role or registry position. Our clients depend on consistent attendance, clear communication, and professional care. Assisting Hands is a local, family owned home care agency operated by a husband and wife team. We are looking for caregivers who know how to follow a care plan, communicate concerns, and provide dependable support without needing constant supervision. Pay is typically $16 to $18 dollars per hour for most cases.
