Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Providing clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders. - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts. - Supporting regulatory and marketing compliance. - Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams. - 4-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs, vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements. - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting. - Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers. - Issue spotting and contract planning. - Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
