Roadway Engineering Division Manager

Lochmueller Group is seeking an experienced professional civil engineering leader to serve as the Roadway Division Manager for our Roadway Design team in Illinois. About this role: The Roadway Division Manager will oversee and be responsible for all of the roadway design team’s projects and staff for the State of Illinois, ensuring the division’s operational strategies and financial decisions are executed effectively and align with the overall strategies of the discipline and the firm. This includes mentoring the Roadway Team Managers and Project Managers; driving project profitability, quality, and accountability among Project Managers; investigating and developing new clients within Illinois; and expanding the roadway design teams footprint in existing offices and potentially new Illinois offices. The Illinois Division Manager will be in a high impact position, fostering a positive work environment while also collaborating with sales and revenue leadership and the Discipline Leader to expand the firm's market share within the State.
