This position is responsible for daily supervision of cleaning and assists in administration of Housekeeping services in safe and efficient manner. ______________________________________________________________________________ Performance Expectations: Supervise the housekeeping staff Prepare schedules for the staff and complete the work distribution report, ensuring all sections are covered. Break out the house and provide team with daily assignments Evaluate the staff’s job performance and coach and counsel as necessary. Train and supervise all new associates and provide on-going training for current staff. Clearly communicate the standards of performance and ensure all required training occurs.
