DL Training and Support Student Assistant

Job description

This position will provide administrative support functions to Innovative Education's (InEd) Training & Support team by maintaining and monitoring onsite Faculty Production Stations; assisting with providing time-sensitive support to USF online instructors by troubleshooting and responding to technical questions; assist in quality assurance of InEd offerings by checking links, confirming captioning in media and reviewing general accessibility; assist with the design, research, development and facilitation of workshops and webinars for USF instructors etc. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This individual will interface with USF Faculty, so a positive and professional demeanor is an absolute must. Maintain and monitor InEd's onsite Faculty Production Stations.
