TSPC is Oregon’s statewide agency responsible for maintaining the quality, integrity, and professionalism of licensed educators. From approving educator preparation programs to licensing more than 65,000 educators, our work strengthens both Oregon’s educator workforce and student outcomes. In this role, you will serve as the Executive Director’s right hand, ensuring the Executive Director can focus where they are needed most.
