Documentation and Professional Judgment: - Maintain complete and accurate client records according to program guidelines. - Exercise sound professional judgment and seek medical consultation when needed. - Provide verbal and written contraceptive instructions and obtain informed consent. - Perform ongoing client reassessments, education, and counseling.
