DEPARTMENT MANAGER ($2-$50M) Job Number: 260000XT Primary Location : Italy-Caserta-Gricignanodi Aversa Organization : Naples Job Summary: Manages sales activities in assigned retail and or mall services departments. Ensures department s are appropriately stocked attractively displayed and adequately staffed to achieve sales goals and service standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for department level execution of retail and or assigned mall services business strategies procedures and policies. - Ensures department is fully stocked and merchandise is attractively displayed to include effective signing accurate price marking fact tags etc. Adheres to corporate Visual Merchandising standards. Coordinates stock replenishment with backroom and procurement personnel. - Acts as stock replenishment expert. Ensures stock replenishment program for responsible departments is effectively executed. - Establishes and implements an effective customer relations program.
