As a Study Start Up Site Navigator 2 in Germany, you’ll support site activation activities and help ensure smooth collaboration between study teams and clinical sites. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with initial site outreach, including sending feasibility surveys and supporting collection of Confidentiality Agreements. - Support preparation for Remote Pre-Study Visits (PSVs) and help with follow-up documentation such as trip reports and required materials. - Coordinate basic administrative tasks related to contract and budget processes under guidance. - Provide support for regulatory submissions and ethics committee documentation. - Act as a point of contact for routine queries between sites and internal teams. - Track site readiness and escalate any blockers to senior team members. - Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting of start-up metrics.
