This role is responsible for assembling fabricated steel components, preparing kits per customer specifications, and ensuring all parts are complete, accurate, and ready for shipment or downstream production. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities: Assembly & Kitting: Assemble steel components, subassemblies, and finished goods according to work orders, prints, and customer requirements. Pull, stage, and kit materials accurately for customer-specific projects. Verify part counts, hardware, and components before assembly and kitting. Label, package, and prepare assembled kits for shipment or internal use. Quality & Accuracy: Inspect assembled parts and kits for accuracy, completeness, and workmanship.
