The Maintenance Technician – Lead is responsible for performing advanced maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment while providing day-to-day leadership and coordination of maintenance activities. This role supports the Facility Manager in overseeing vendor work, coordinating system shutdowns, and ensuring building operations, life safety systems, and mechanical infrastructure function safely and efficiently. The Lead Technician serves as a working leader, distributing tasks, supporting vendor workflow, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across departments. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Technical Duties: - Perform service, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of building equipment and systems. - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system issues using blueprints and specifications. - Monitor and control building systems through the Building Automation System (BAS). - Conduct inspections of building equipment, life safety systems, and card access systems. - Investigate...
