Posting End Date: April 24, 2026 Employee Type: Regular-Full time Union/Non: This is a non-union position The Advisor, Functional Support plays a key role in designing, configuring, and sustaining scalable Power Platform solutions that enable efficient business operations and support strategic initiatives. Working closely with Business Analysts, Technology & Information Services (TIS), and business stakeholders, this role translates business requirements into secure, high-performing platform configurations while championing a “configuration over customization” approach. The Advisor also ensures platform stability across environments, supports releases, manages security and access, and leads the resolution of platform-related issues impacting end users. What You Will Do: Partner with Business Analysts, TIS, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Power Platform configuration solutions. Leverage advanced knowledge of Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) to design innovative solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
