Head of Data & AI: The Role: Join us at Bega Group in this pivotal leadership role where your first priority is to shape and deliver an organisation-wide Data & AI roadmap, bringing clarity, alignment and momentum to our transformation journey. You’ll lead the enterprise data and AI strategy, guiding modernisation, governance and innovation across platforms, analytics and automation. As a trusted partner, you’ll work closely with the C-suite and senior leaders, translating strategy into measurable outcomes and embedding a data-driven culture. We’re looking for a collaborative, people-focused leader who has operated in a like-for-like Head of Data / AI role, highly experienced in leading, supporting and growing high-performing teams. You’ll bring expertise across data architecture, governance, cloud and AI, along with a track record of delivering sustainable outcomes and enabling others to succeed.
