Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist manages the recruiting life cycle for the organization to ensure that the right people are in place to meet the demands of the business. The TA Specialist employs a variety of creative sourcing strategies to identify a high quality candidate pool (internal and external) in an efficient, cost effective manner, interviewing and presenting pre-qualified candidates for all positions.
