Make every day meaningful as a CNA at LifeCircles PACE, where you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to participants aged 55 and older in a welcoming adult day setting. Through person-centered support, you’ll help older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while building meaningful connections along the way. Working closely with the interdisciplinary team, you’ll play an important role in delivering holistic, high-quality care that promotes safety, comfort, and well-being for every participant we serve.
