Lead Electrical Designer

Job description

Overview The Lead Electrical Designer is responsible for overseeing the technical design team, addressing complex technical issues, and effectively communicating with internal departments and occasionally with customers. In this role, you will lead the design of electrical sub-systems, including wire harnesses, timers, switches, motors, pumps, valves, contactors, and transformers, while mentoring junior team members. This leadership role will be based in Ripon, WI.
