Compensation Type: Salaried Compensation: $0.00 The Assistant Director of Student Conduct supports the administration of the college’s student conduct system and promotes a safe, respectful, and accountable learning environment. This position serves as a primary conduct officer responsible for case management, adjudication of alleged violations of the student code of conduct, and implementation of educational sanctions. The Assistant Director collaborates with campus partners to support student accountability, conflict resolution, and behavioral intervention while ensuring fair, equitable, and educational conduct processes. This role assists the Director with policy implementation, prevention programming, and operational management of the Student Conduct Office. Departmental Leadership: Serves as the primary conduct officer responsible for investigating and adjudicating alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct. Conducts administrative hearings, determines findings, and assigns appropriate educational sanctions in accordance with institutional policy.
