- Fixed term opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant (Advisory) 2 years until May 2028 - A large and supportive team with opportunities for growth and development within the University - Base Salary from $112,628 to $122,702 + 17% Superannuation About the opportunity: The HR Consultant (Advisory) provides Human Resource (HR) advice, information, guidance, and support across a range of client groups as required. The role will report into the Senior HR Consultant however will work closely with HR Partners and COE’s to ensure the provision of efficient and effective HR support and advice. The HR Consulting function is in a period of significant development, striving to achieve an integrated service offering aligned with the university’s ambitious workforce planning and organisational design objectives.
