Summary: The SGS Crop Protection Pricing Lead is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness. This role requires strong analytical capability, experience navigating complex supplier rebate programs, and the ability to translate pricing insights to sales leaders and price‑sensitive growers. The position leads a team broadly across Sales and Procurement, and drives adoption of pricing platforms and tools. The Pricing Lead will build trust with stakeholders, coordinate the bid process, and develop comprehensive pricing reporting and intelligence.
