FlexStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience and strong knowledge of CHHA regulations to work full-time as a Quality Management Nurse for our client, a certified home care agency, located in Brooklyn, NY. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Permanent Position. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous performance improvement of the CHHA. Qualifications: Active, unencumbered NYS RN license. 2+ years CHHA clinical experience. Strong knowledge of CHHA regulations (federal, state, DOH) and Medicare CoPs (documentation, visit frequency, billing). Proven experience reviewing clinical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. OASIS data experience and its impact on quality reporting and reimbursement. Experience with survey readiness, audits, and regulatory responses (OMIG, CMS, DOH). Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ensure organizational compliance with CHHA regulations and DOH, state, and federal requirements; serve as a subject-matter resource for regulatory standards.
