INDMCHCSJ: SUMMARY: The Dental Director provides overall management and leadership in the strategic design, development and management of the dental practice. The Dental Director is responsible for all administrative and management activities related to the delivery of dental care to Health Center patients assuring the adequacy of the dental care delivery system, monitoring provider coverage and productivity, directing integration with primary care services, monitoring the health center’s component of the Quality Improvement System, and providing budgetary oversight.
