Vision Lab Manager

Job description

We are currently seeking a Vision Lab Manager to oversee all aspects of the lab, including personnel management, inventory control, vendor relations, and overall operations. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations. This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice. Pay range: $63K-$70K/yr: Job Responsibilities: - Build a community within the lab that fosters teammate satisfaction and retention by continually mentoring and coaching teammates, maintaining a positive and professional attitude with teammates, and participating in the review process for all staff members - Ensure lab is performing on key growth drivers, including quality, lead time, staffing, and referrals - Manage employee files, oversee timesheets, submit payroll, and supervise lab teammates - Monitor flow of product through the lab and continually identify opportunities to improve the process in ways that do not negatively impact patient care - Lead teammates to ensure production goals are met - Collaborate with others to provide high-quality eyewear and experience for our patients and their fami...
