Day (United States of America) Program Manager: Revenue Cycle Education · Develop and maintain onboarding and continuing education programs for all revenue cycle teams. · Create training material to include but not limited to learning management modules, job aides, case studies, host sessions with end-user and leadership groups alike · Ensure training material reflects compliant content for regulatory requirements that apply to all functional areas. In addition, content should be updated for all education programs based on changes to respective sources with expectation of having no less than annual review. · Collaborate with teams to ensure auditing results in feedback loops with supervisors, managers and other leadership to ensure training needs are met for employees who need assistance · Analyze KPIs (e.g. AR days, denial rates, coding accuracy, DNBs and claim edit errors) to identify trends, identify the root cause and develop targeted trainings for delivery tracking outcomes with leadership · Collaborate with senior leadership in all revenue cycle and external departments to align training programs with respective departmental goals · Coordinate with IT and revenue cycle leader...
